Tier 1 new application - in country- after july19 - Pay slip

Post by kessavsendhil » Thu Aug 05, 2010 6:49 pm

Hi,
When I booked a premium service they confirmed me that I dont have to show 100 points when I apply in August, but my recent call says it is wrong. I am cheated. Coming to point:
To cover that extra 5 points I need to show 35K in 12month period. Does 12 month period mean the period when I worked or the timeline in which I received my pay? or pay date ?

Because in my case I have 13 pays in 12 months from (05/09/2009 to 31/08/2010) that covers 35K. Can I still use this advantage ? my bank statements cover the dates, I will get a letter from employer to show the pay date, amount . But my only question is can it be 13 different pay in 12 month period ?

Million thanks.

That is a good news. Thanks lot Sushil.

I went through the guidelines several times but I might have missed this.

I took the 13 payslips where all the 13 pay dates fall within 12 month and they did not accept that as earnings for 12 month period. By earning they mean, the days I have worked to earn the salary for example, Jan1 2009 to jan1 2010 will be the 12 month period for which I claim the earnings.
