FLR(M) for my wife and children

Post by syed ali » Fri Aug 06, 2010 9:46 am

Dear members,
I have applied for ILR under 10 years long residence but my dependant can only apply for limited leave to remain using FLR(M) now i have a few queries regarding this any advice would be appreciated;

1-Will my wife be main applicant in the form and children would be her dependants?

2-As this is required that there should be written the name, nationality and D.O.B of main applicant, that would be my wife's name?...as cheque would be issued from my bank account as technically i am their main applicant .i am bit confused please help me out

1. FLR(M) - your wife is the main applicant.
2. Children may switch to be your dependents (child of settled person).
3. You're the sponsor, not the main applicant for your wife's / children's application(s).

regards
