Register a company beeing on student visa in UK

Hello.

I am currently staying in the UK as a full time student and I have a student visa which states that I am not able to conduct business, be self-employed, or provide services as a professional sports person or entertainer.

However, I want to register a company here in the UK with my partner and become the co-owner of this business. I am not going to participate in the business as an employee or director.

Would it breach student visa terms and conditions, or not?

Yes it would. As a student you cannot (co)own a business - irrespective of whether you you involve yourself in running the business or not.
