Apply Tier1 dependant in uk or india when in Tier2

Could some one advise me if I am eligible to apply Tier1 dependant visa switchover through below application being in UK ? or do I need to go to my home country to get the dependant visa...Presently i am on Tier2 visa & my spouse is on Tier1.

You cannot switch within UK. You will have to apply from home country.

it takes at the max 10 working days, AFAIK. why you want to go to any consultants, they only take money, ask u to get documents thats it. however if u really want a consultant then y-axis u can a give a try. but they charge more.

It depends but for most straight forward applications you can get visa within 10 working days.

Also, with regards to premium service you meant something like PEO service that's available in UK, unfortunately there is no same day service available in India and you would need to apply through VFS.
