i submitted my student visa application on 26-07-2010.When i Tracked my Application and entered reference number online then it shows following message.plz tell me wht it means.if it means my passport is ready for collection but when i caled application centre they say we havent got ur passport and documents yet....plx tell me

APPLICATION DATE:7/26/2010

STATUS:Processed Application Returned to AC 08/01/2010

Sounds strange!

Write an email to vfs support and see what they say.
