On maternity leave when applying for ILR

I am unable to find any guidance on maternity leave for self employed people on the web site. I have been in the UK for 4 years. I will apply for ILR in June 2011.

I am due to have a baby in April 2011. So when I apply for ILR in June 2011, I will be on maternity leave. Being self employed, my business will not be progressing during that period. My business will be on hold until I am able to get back to work after 52 weeks.
I do have enough savings to see me through my maternity leave.

Will I become ineligible for settlement ?
