premium application for settlement

Post by akgunozsoy » Mon Aug 09, 2010 12:28 pm

i have completed my five years and planning to apply for settlement now.
(2 years wp, 2 years hsmp and 1 year tier-1)

my application will include 2 dependants (wife + daughter)
i am trying book an premium appointment.

i think i will apply as a family group but should i look for a place for 3 people? (although it is very hard find a place for single people)
should i bring my wife and daughter?

cheers

Family appointment for 3 (self+2 dependents). It is not mandatory for dependents to attend, unless the child dependent is now 18 years or more.

thanks

for Tier 1 (General) migrant, they ask for "Evidence that you are economically active in the UK in employment or self-employment or both." but how long? any idea? 3 months, 6 months, 1 year?

also:"For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules."

should i send all my income statements for 5 years?!
