Error - how strick they are?

Post by manuelaux » Fri Aug 13, 2010 3:46 pm

I've applyed few days ago and I stated earning period:

22-MAY-2009 to 22-MAY-2010

22-MAY-2010 last day of earnong period

but now i think it should be:

23-MAY-2010 to 22-MAY-2010.

On 22-MAY-2009 I did't have any paymnet or income so it really does not change anything in earings ... But? Are they going to make problems because of that???

Now that you have (inadvertently) mentioned 22-May-09 to 22-May-10 as your earning period, the case worker may decide to use 22-May-09 to 21-May-10 as earning period, or alternatively, 23-May-09 to 22-May-10 as the earning period.

Therefore, if there is no earning credit on 22-May-09 or 22-May-10, then I don't think this should be an issue.

Never an issue, as long as you have earned an Qualified Income within those applicable dates to gain points for the earnings section.

not a problem at all.. the case worker takes the earning finish date as 22may2010 and works back 12 months from that date..so just relax..
good luck
