Hi I dont have employment for 7 months in 5 yrs period where I was on Tier 1. does it effect ILR.

From last 12 months, I am employed. Before this i was unemployed

I got 5 yrs P60.

Could you some advise will they look salary in P60 and gaps.

I don't think this should be an issue, because thats the whole meaning of having Tier 1 visa which allows you to be in UK without job or job offer.

However, if you are currently economically active, - it should be all ok for you,.
