One of the conditions of flr(m) is that you are living together. So as soon as she is granted it, you need to collect proof of post being sent to you at the same address. No way around it. Move to her place in London I suggest. Or wait to apply for the flr(m). Surely her university doesn't finish in august? Most of them finish in may.
If you're marrying outside of the country why did you go through the hassle of getting a coa? I guess I may be misunderstanding you or something.
Do you have proof that you've been keeping in contact? Email, phone, internet logs?
Well you don't actually show your intention to live together. Just proof that you're a genuine couple and that you've been keeping in contact with eachother.Proof of accommodation like a letter from the landlord and such also proves intention to live together. It does not say you need to be living together but if you want to apply for ILR, there needs to be a significant amount of proof that you have been living together for the full 2 year period. It sounds like you would only be living together for one year.rbn2000 wrote:hello elena.ElenaW wrote:Are you both over 21?

Yes we are both over 21.
I am sorry but I may disagree with you on flr(m). The condition is not living together but proving that you intend to live together, and there is where my question was, how can we prove that we INTEND to live together after she finishes her studies.
About the issue of going to marry outside UK i meant a major celebration where all the family will be present. My question concerning this was about giving notice to register and the actual marriage, are they one thing or separate?
Sorry for my less elaborative statements.
