The first step is settlement and then naturalisation (citizenship).

Stay in the UK as Tier 4 migrant (student) does not count towards settlement unless one applies for settlement under long residence category (min. 10 years legal stay in the UK).

How long have you been legally living in the UK? Also please detail your UK immigration history.

The fact that your Uncle has British Citizenship is totally irrelevant. It assists you .... not at all.

Having been here for just 4 months on a Tier 4 visa you are many years away from being able to apply for ILR, which you will certainly need before applying for Naturalisation as British.

For starters time in the UK on a Tier 4 does not count towards ILR, except as regards a Long Residence application, and for that you need a minimum of 10 years in the UK.
