TIER 4 (GENERAL) APPLICATION FORM ANNEX

Do a tier 4 student applying for an extension need to fill "TIER 4 (GENERAL) APPLICATION FORM ANNEX" completely or only those parts which applies to him/her in the main form?

Extension can only be applied from within the UK and there is no Annex form for in-country applications.

Thanks for your fast reply; i am applying In-country Tier 4 extension. Page 29 â€“ 41 is APPLICATION FORM ANNEX of the Tier 4 form.

Apologies! I wrongly assumed that you were referring to PBS appendix.

Fill only what is applicable - is the rule of thumb. Reading Help text leaflet may be useful.

There is not such information in Help text leaflet. It is like;
Annex for part B
Annex for part C
Annex for part D
Annex for part G
Annex for part M
Annex for part O

Do I need to fill all? Or I only need to fill it if I answer certain questions throughout the form?
