Tier1 Visa Refused ....within UK

Hi,
My application for the tier1 has been refused and I got the letter only 23-Aug.
They have put the Reasons as ,
For self-employed income:
* Accountants report doesn't have a balance sheet ( which attached on the application )
* NIC contribution letter cannot accept ( I sent the first letter from InLand revenue reference to
the NIC which contain all reference no and detail along with paid NIC2 receipt).

For Qualification :
They saying UK Naric not recognise my MBA Which from Russian university is not equal to UK masters qualifications even though they recognise other degrees from the same university .( BUT IT CLEARLY THERE ON UKBA QUALIFICATION DATABASE MBA FROM SAME UNIVERSITY).

if Someone came across this type of experience please advise me. It can be really helpful for my appeal.

u have to send UTR letter along with that and
accountat should clearly state profit and loss statement which is net salary from u r self employed
and employers liabilty insurance have to provide incase

can you please post exact wordings of rejection.

from you test i can understand they dont accept NI contribution paid receipt. ?? is it what you want to explain??

exact wording :

Evidence of Registration with HM iii) Revenue & Customs (HMRC) as an employer to pay PAYE & National Insurance. Provide proof of PAYE Reference Number & Ref No.

It say they accept how can you say they wont. pls explain.

I have sent them UTR REG letter with initial letter about NIC attached with National insurance class2 paid receipt.
but they have said :
"You have also supplied additional evidence under paragraph 142 of the published guidance However, only one of the documents is acceptable as the National Insurance Contribution bill not listed as guidance."
