appeal submited. change of circumstance

Post by nowhere2go » Wed Aug 25, 2010 8:17 pm

Hi everybody.
I hope you can help me. this is the first time i have posted .
I have just submitted my appeal for my wife's visa 3 days ago.
i have not heard any confirmation of receipt.
My question is this. since the submission of the appeal. we have just found out that the wife is pregnant.
Now,
1, is it better to tell them this change of circumstance, now or wait till the decision?
2, one of the grounds for rejection was that the officer was not satisfied that we are married. would this change of circumstance help us win in our favour?
3, how do i let them know this change?
4, has anyone here had this kind of issue?
5, also would my accommodation requirements, change now that a child will join us in 7-8months time.
6, i read somewhere that a child under 12month old is not counted as a person. so a 1 bedroom flat should still be fine for the 1ft year.

please please help as much as you can.
Many thanks
Sem
