Dependent visa for child born in UK

Hi all,
I need to aply for my daughter's visa on FLR(O) form
can any one tell me that
1. What to fill in section 2 Dependents details
2. Whatto fill in Home and finance details section like how much you are paying the rent, monthly income etc.
3. How much is waiting time if applying by post and also if applying personally
4. Shall my baby need to go to PEO for biometric information

I will berealy greatful if any one gives answer to these questions.

Yes my daughter will be travellng to india in 1st week of OCT. I am here in UK on work permit visa going to be expired in 2012.

thanks for ur kind reply. I also wanna know that how much time it takes if I will be aplying personally at PEO and also if aplying by post. I am thinking to aply from croydon office.
