Is For Tier 1 Dependent Utility Bill required

I am on Tier 1 General and i am applying for my wife as a dependent visa
Now where I live I have the following bills at my name

Virgin media braodband and telephone bills
Tv licence
mobile contract monthly bill

I dont have any water + telephone + gas bills on my name is this going to be a problem for me if I dont submit these with my application, can they reject my applicartion for that ?

in case of dependent, we just need to show that the dependent is staying with you which can be proved by her correspondence recd, anything like mobile bill credit card statements or any of the correspondence received at same address as yours is fine, these are not compulsory docs however if we have it, we must add it in the file to make the file strong.

but my wife is not living with me she is in pakistan
