I think it will not make any different as HSMP is not a quota based system. The application is assessed based on first come first served.

You will get advatage if you are working in the uK in Highly skilled Job. As your work experience will count a lot and it does not take them long to verify/ to contact the employers.

Some applications take longer because they need to verify the documents that you are submiting.

Try to search in this forum you will find out in the previous case that they do verify the work reference especially in the countries where fraud is imminent. They use British representative (british embssy, HC) in the foreign countries to check it.

But as I said before, you area lucky if you submit work reference from the company in the UK as it will count a lot and it does not take them long to verify/ to contact the employers.

Hi Pantaiema
Many thanks again for your reply. I submitted my UK Work permit Certificate, issued by the Home office. but this was for one year, they do need to verify my present employment. The thing is that when my employer was applying for my work permit I gave her all my documents including references from my work, degree etc.. that I had obtained before and they did verify all of those before the decision was made again by themselves, HO, whether i could work in the Uk or not, could you tell me if they check them again, the ones they have checked before. You know even i enclosed UK NARIC comparability certificate.
I employer wanted to extand my work permit an she really liked me but i got preganant and had difficulties whilst pregnant, my unmarried spouse couldn't look after me as he is(still in london) on the student visa and can't work full time, mum's application was rejected at British embassy without any reason, still i don't get why she was refused to get UK visa.
I miss london i lived there for 3 years, 2 years student and one year working visa. it's my second home country but no permission to live in, funny isn't it? looking back at my labor i don't regret of returning to my home country as i nearly died at labor, it's amazing that i am alive and sonny is OK as well. ot bored with me ya? sorry i do need somebody to talk to.
what about you, i've been so selfish i don't know anything about you, have you got your application approved?
get back when you can and tell me more about you if you like i would be very happy
again thanks a lot for contacting me
can't wait to read your message

Hi Irjinao

I am sorry I just have the chance to open internet right now. I am sorry to hear about your case. To be honest, I do not know whether they will check again the job reference to get work permit if you apply for HSMP. But you need to try, I believe if you were succesful to get work permit in the past your chance to get HSMP is quite hight compare to other candidates. Do not give uo before you try, for this you must fight yo see in this forum quite a few people got rejection in the first attempt but they keep fighting asking for reiview and quite a few are approved. Hope to hear a good news from you in this forum. The people in this forum are very helpful just log your questions and you will get the honest answer.
