Dependent Visa - Income Query - really confused!

Hi Friends,

I am currently on Tier1...when i got my extension I was doing a part time job as well to achieve my income band.....Once my visa got extended I left the part time job.

Now my income is below my Tier slab by 5k......the question is when i apply Dependent Visa (Out of country application) can the ECO raise a point that i am in breach of my visa condition?

Please note my maintenace funds are OK.
