Dependant Form...!

Can anyone please tell me what form should i fill for my dependant as I am a tier 4 applicant fillin vaf 9 and appendix 8..

for my dependant i have to fill vaf 10 but do i need to fill another form other than vaf 10??

please confirm me as i really need help from u guyz..

no, only VA10 should be filled.

but I am a bit confused now,as in PBS Appendix 8 i hv to fill remainin course fee which is due and maintenance..

now, do i hv to write for my maintenance (i.e 5400 outside london) or for both of us (i.e 10400)??

coz there is no such space in vaf 10 where funds for maintenance can be mentioned for dependant??

please confirm me..

only put the amount for yourself (5400.00).

To be honest, I recently reviews more than 15 cases and I think Appendix 8 and the answers to the questions are not important for the ECO and s/he only considers CAS information and the supporting documents.
