Provident Fund (PF) return-considered as income?

Hi,
I resigned the company and closed PF account there. Joined a new company. PF money got credited back to my account online (during this 12 months of duration considered for point calculation).

Can it be considered as source of income for calculating points for earnings -Tier 1 General?
