Hi,
I have heard that, though dependents of Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer visa holder allowed to do a job in UK legally but they are on least priority when it comes to recruiter/consultant.
Even i have heard that, they face problem in the first screening of their CV due to their visa status. Job search wont be easy with a Tier2 dependant as Intra Company TIER2 is risky for the recruiters; so they would probably not get a good ranking in recruiters preference list.
Is it really true?
Since I am dependent of Tier 2 ICT and my wife is travelling to UK for long term assignment. I am also working as IT S/W engineer with 6 yrs of experience but finds risky if dont end up job in UK due to this visa status.
Please guide me on this if I would take this risk.
