My Previous Earning Query

Hi, I am Management consultant, i just have my query for previous earnings.

I work as financial advisor and consultant and my tax for year 2009-2010 has been paid this today as i was late and the earning generated during this period was 185000 rs (I started my private work from june 09 - till date).

From 1 april 2010 onwards I have got many people availing my services and the amy in cheques i have recd is over 5,60,000 rs. But I have not deposited them yet into my bank due to some reasons but will.

If i deposit these cheques now and circulate the amount into my bank account for a month or so (but cant file tax return now as its only possible next year) Can I get my visa or not under TIER 1 G.

I will hire an accountant who can write on his pad stating my net earnings.
(I have issued invoices to all my clients and will be claiming previous earnings from 1 april 2010 till date).

Please all opinions will be highly appreciated.

so long as u meet taxaton and earning requirements u will be fine

I cant file my tax this year. It has to be done on 31 mar 2011 coz Indian laws dont allow to file ITR in advance.
