My partner applied 20/7/10 in lahore..any idea when i should expect them to contact my employers?

Well I applied on the 19th in Lahore,

I would expect a call weeks 2 or 3 of October.
Spouse Visa (Lahore)
Application Date - 19/7/10
Under process at BHC 02/08/10

Is it only employers they contact?what about landlord?
Im hoping employers will be contacted end of this month!
