Case Worker's Nationality

Dear All,

I plan to apply for my Tier 1 general visa in new delhi. I was curious about case worker's nationality.

A worker with Indian nationality would definitely have a better understanding of circumstances and validity of the docs.

Does anyone know if my file would be evaluated by an Indian or someone from UK?
