Question about Marriage

Hello Peeps,
Wonder whats the best course of action. I will be getting married in march 2011 and I am on HSMP (Extenion) till 2012 upon the end of which I will apply for Indefinite.

I want to know if I could possibly complete the documents for my wife to be for the Visa and does it have to be done after the marriage.

The problem would be me going only for a month and I like for her to come back with me at same time.

If its possible what is the procedure please.

What evidence of relationship with your spouse-to-be can you provide - to apply for a visa before marriage?
