My tier-1G application refused and request help for appeal

Hello Friends,

My tier-1G application refused 3 weeks ago and requested for an appeal and will held on next month.
Just wondering if I can submit new documents (which I missed on first time) on appeal hearing ?
One proof I submit for Self employment NI Contribution wasn't accepted.
So I want to submit employers liability insurance certificate . Will they accept it at tribunal hearing. Please give your comments.

i think you have to submit document from sec 142
1) UTR letter
2) should be one of the other document BUSINESS ACCOUNT OR TAX RETURNS

Which list of document did you submit for your self employment business initially to proof your previous earnings.
