Help filling form AN for naturalisation

Post by sami99 » Tue Sep 14, 2010 9:54 pm

I'm naturalized British citizen since september 2010.
I'm filling the form AN for my wife (she has PR since may 2010).

My wife is applying as spouse of British citizen.
We are married and live in uk for more than 6 years.

I need help for point:

2.2 Absence from UK
my wife did not travel outside uk the last 3 years.
How do i fill this section ?
It says failure fill this section will delay application.

2.3 where do you intend to leave if you are naturalized
My wife is married to me (british).
Do we leave this part empty ?
It says fill this part if you are not married to british citizen.

Also please can someone confirm that we need to send AN application only with the following documents:

- My wife passport
- My british passport
- My wife LIFE IN UK certificate
- Our Marriage certificate

Hopefully someone will help.
thank you in advance

2.2 ask for absences - if there arent any then live it blank
2.3 clearly states that fill if not married to BC, so if you are then either live it blank or fill in n/a

Docs look ok
