Extension fee refund

Hi Guys,

Recently, I had applied for extension, along with 1 dependent. However, application was sent back invalid as credit card payment was declined for main applicant (higher amount £840) by bank. They could deduct fees from my wife's credit card as dependent fees is lower (£129) compare to 840. We had used our own credit cards to fee.

Now I have to chase UKBA to refund £129. Does anyone know who should I write to get the refund?
