Bringing my daughter from abroad!!

Post by mteja » Mon Sep 20, 2010 1:24 pm

Guys could someone pls advise me on above:

About me: Got my ILR, Hubby got british passport and now wonna bring my daughter to join us. She is 13years old. Can i write a letter myself or does my hubby need to write the letter? Or should the letter be from both of us? Apart from the above i believe i have gathered most of documents to prove sole responsibility. ie phone calls, emails, financial support, the number of visits i do go over to see her and sort out school issues etc etc. Someone correct me or advise me if there is anything am missing. Also can some pls advise me what is the fees for that sort of visa having in mind i understand the rates are going up in oct?

Thanks in advance for your advise!!
