Company Bonus Cash and Shares as Previous Earnings

Hi,

I ve got a question inr egards to the previous earnings. I am £200 short from my treshhold. In this total sum I consider my total gross pay over 12 consequtive month plus bonuses and overtime.

One of the bonuses I have receive was half cash (which I included in my calculation) and half company shares.

Can I include these shares into my total earning as this would get me into the next band?

Yes you can as the guidance notes do not say anything to the contrary, however how/what would you provide supporting evidence for the same?
