Dependent Visa for Parents above 65

Hello

I am applying for my parents dependent visa for settelement. Both parents are above 70. I am British and my parents are in India and are Indian.
I am the only son of my parents and this strengthens the application. My question is how do I prove in the visa application that I am the only son. Please can some one reply. What all proof, documents can be submitted.

There aren't any legal documents to show that. You can get supporting letter from your family, family friends and your parents neighbours.......mention in their letter that your are the only son (child if that's the case). Photoes of your self with parents - old and new ones.

The most important documents are the one to show that they are mainly financially depends on you. How much money they need monthly to live in and how much you sends. How long they have been depending on you finacially.
