Dependent accomodation rent query

I m on tier1 general and applying for my dependent
i m providing letting agreement copy of my 2 bedroom house as proof of accomodation 1 m paying 700 pounds per month
problem is in my bank statement for last 6 months their is no direct 700 pounds payment beacause sometime i pay by cash and sometime by direct debit also miss payment for 1 month where i didnt pay rent
My question is did they check rent going out in bank statement

did someone else have same issue

can my visa get rejected on this bases?
