HI ALL
CAN PLEASE SOME BODY HELP ME ABOUT THIS
AM ON SPIOUSE VISA AND MY VISA WILL EXPIRE ON THE 3 OF JANUARY AND I WANT TO APPLY FOR MY ILR IN SEPTEMBER BUT THE THING IS
DO I HAVE TO PASS THE LIFE IN THE UK TEST BEFORE THAT OR WHAT

What date did you enter the UK on your spouse visa? You can't apply any earlier than 28 days before the 2nd anniversary of when you first arrived.
If you are unable to pass the Life in the UK test you can apply for Further Leave to Remain -FLR(M) instead of ILR.
