May I have some help on this application?

Hi, I am on a work permit and will complete my 5 years in July. My WP was issued on the 18th July 2006, but I came to the UK on the 31st of July 2006.

Considering the 28 days qualifying period to make an application, do I have to use the 18th or the 31st?

I was looking to make a premium application.

My work permit expires on the 18th of July 2011. Can I apply on the 21st June 2011 or the 30th of June on the premium service?

Neither.
