NEED ADVICE FROM EXPERTS

Post by pbs.tier1g » Sun Sep 26, 2010 9:42 am

With a PBS Tier1G granted in 1Sep2010 expiring in 2012, I and my dependents (wife and children) entered in the UK last 2Sep2010, rented a house and left UK on 20Sep2010 to settle things back home. Now, my family is going back to the UK to stay for good, send children to school, and my wife to find a job while I will stay behind to complete my existing contract until Jun2011.

Can you foresee any issues about my situation? Appreciate your opinion.

Dependents may be refused entry when main migrant is neither (present and resident) in the UK nor accompanying them to UK.
