Same day Premium service?

Has anyone heard of a sameday premium service for tier 1 visas within the uk?

Someone told me you send a solicitor with your file to the homeoffice to lodge your application??

wouldn't they need to book an appointment?

I called the homeoffice and they had no avaiblity till November...

Just wondering wether a waititng time for a solicitor applies with the homeoffice or not?
