Accredited places for English test?

Hi,
We will be applying for Marriage Visa after the 29th November in Cairo. It seems really hard to find out information about doing the test there. I can see which level he will need to complete but I can't find much information on providers. Is there a way to complete the assessment without having to buy a whole course, which he does not need?

According to the PDF of information on the UKBA website these are the providers of the English test in Europe, Middle East and Africa, which I assume should cover Egypt. They do list an email for these countries as
pte-acustomersupportmea@pearson.com
but it may be best to try the UK Head Office first for more info.
If he speaks English to the level of very basic everyday words and phrases (which no doubt he does as 2nd language in Egypt), then
he won't need to enrol on a pre-test course.

Thank you for that. I did manage to find www.teis.org.uk who provide courses in Cairo. It seems you can just attend to take the test and you can take it as many times as you wish.
