Urgent help needed...regarding entering Uk

hi..

I am on a tier 4 student visa which is valid till nov 2010...

I have completed my masters course and have returned home to India.

I am going to go back on saturday (2nd Oct)...

I recently heard from some people that I will not be allowed to enter the Uk since I have completed my course and have to apply for a Tier 1 PSW from India if I want to go back..

I am in a terrible mess now...I hope someone can tell me if this is true or not???

May be refused entry under 321A(1).

You may apply for Tier 1 (PSW) from home country.

If the Immigration Officer is intelligent enough and aware of the immigration rules, then yes!

Up to you if you want to take the risk.

but generally isnt there some kind of a solution...since the visa is valid till Nov....doesnt it logically make sense???

is there anything that can be done to make sure I get through??
