i have heard some rumors regarding Tier 1 dependent visa ...... is anything concrete ??

You will never know until the final recommendations of the MAC are out and accepted. Even if someone told you that he has a concrete "news" that there will be a cap on dependants, would you really be worried?

Where do people hear such "stories" from? And that too even before the policy makers in the government come to a decision on the matter .... and announce it for public consumption.
