Clarification on funds maintenance

Please let me know what would be the fund maintenance equivalent in the local currency as the GBP fluctuates day to day.
If I am applying today would the currency rate be considered as of today or an average of few days. Is there any authorized site which can be used for this conversion process of funds.

Unfortunately on one of the day in the 3 months my balance came down to 204000 INR and hence is it safe to apply.

204. The exchange rate of overseas currency will be made using the OANDA rate conversion on the date of application.
