hi, i just applied for an extention of my visa and i was given ten months. i previously had a 3yrs and six months visa. and the law says my dependant cant work if my visa is not up to12months. pls will be looking at the previous three years . and my visa expired on the 31/07/10 and i just got my visa issued 30/09/10-31/07/11.pls can i say its up to a year. pls i need advice and expereinces.
