3.6 If ‘No’ give details of previous passports covering the last 10 years
including where these passports are now.

My Old Passport got damaged. What should I mention here

I dont have a landline, what should I fill in here

You have to complete 'PBS Appendix 1 General Migrant self assessment form'. So, the number is 1 and the title 'General Migrant self assessment form'

3.6 If ‘No’ give details of previous passports covering the last 10 years
including where these passports are now.

Mention that the passport is damaged and where it is now, if you still have it enclose it and mention 'enclosed' or if surrendered mention surrendered to whomever your surrendered your passport.
