hi all. my scenario here is my university and lecturers literally forgot there's our class and did not guide us with our dissertation. in the end, we couldn't finish our master degree course that supposed to end in sept 2010, and so our course is extended to nov 2010. we were required to apply for extension of our tier 4 visa which was expired in sept. my 2 friends and i sent our documents and passports to UKBA on 8 of sept and now my 2 friends had done their biometric and had their documents returned by UKBA but i have yet to receive a single letter from UKBA. all 3 of us are staying in the same flat near the university. and when i call to the UKBA for assistance, they said they will not reveil the details to my application unless it is more than 14 weeks from the time i submitted my application. anyone has similar situation like this? please advise, thanks in advanced
