Application form confirmation

Hi,

I'm about to apply directly (without consultant) for Tier 1 (General) from India(Outside UK). According to my research, the form which is to be used is

If you think I'm referring correct forms, then in Appendix 1, 3.2, why does it say "Indicate your method of postgraduate degree verification"? This just raised confusion as in 3.3, it does have option for Bachelor's degree there.

The word "Post Graduate" in 3.2 is confusing. Pls clarify.


2) In section 5a, which says "is your partner accompanying you or joining you later"

In my case, im married but partner will not accompany me (under consideration of this application). So, I'm not single,but I suppose i still need to fill in 5.2 through 5.5

Just hope this isn't confusing...

resolved 2). The VAF 9 guide says if answer is 'No', proceed to 5.6

But will still appreciate if experts can help with (1).
