Hi All,
I am planning to apply online tier 1 general visa some time next week. i have few questions regarding previous earning & maintenance of funds supporting docs.
1a) Per Rules i need to provide max 12 consecutive months earnings in last 15 months. considering applying visa some time this month, 15 months period starts in July 2009 to Sep 2010. I am planning to claim points for earnings from Sep 09 to Apr-May 10 (8-9 months) from previous employment (changed employment in mid may 2010). also showing all 12 months earnings doesnt fetch me extra points.
Q: can I just claim earnings points for 8-9 months? should i be claiming for all 12 months?
1b) In Supporting i am going to provide the following docs, pls let me know if it is valid;
- original pay slips,sep 09 to apr/may-10. My previous employer used to send me pay slips (via EasyPay payroll service provider). the payslip has name & address of employer, my personal details with last 4 digits social, gross/net pay with tax withholding & check print attached with payslip.
Q: do i still need to have employer sign and signature on pay slip? what else should be there on the original pay slip?
&
- original bank statements fot this period, i have paper statements available for this period that has bank name & logo with my account details.
Q: is it sufficient? do i need any stamp or sign from bank?
2a) I have minimum funds in my bank account to qualify for 10 points. my bank provide reference letter stating my account details with last 3 months avg balance, date account opened, current balance.I will also provide orginal bank statements from last 3 months.
Q:
- 3 months minimum fund req is daily balance or avg monthly bal?
- when does 3 months period start, if it is immediately prior to the date of application than it is difficult to get the letter from bank covering this period, bank takes 5 days to send reference letter and also bank statement will have certain billing cycle. whats the best way of producing supporting docs for minimum funds?
Thank You in Advance...
