ILR eligibility diff WP issue,Visa stamp date and Entry date

Hi all,
I have been using this website as guest user since last 2 years now. It has been a gr8 help to me. Thanks to all active members helping people like me.
I have searched and tried to look for information but i can’t find anything related to my case. Sorry if it is an duplicate post and i will be grateful if somebody can post link to relevant post if it already exist.

My case
I came to UK as student in Sep 2005 and completed my course (MSc) in September 2006.My visas were valid till 31 January 2007 so I started working with one company in November 2006 as full time employee because my visa allowed me to do so as I had completed my course. They applied for in country work permit and it was issued in October. I went in person to change my visas to WP in Croydon. But because I did not have my MSc certificate (which was issued in May 2007) they gave me 2 options.

1. We reject your application and stamp rejection in your passport.
2. You withdraw your application and no rejection stamp in passport.

I went for second option.

My company applied for out of country work permit and was again issued in October 2006 valid for 60 months. I continued work and went to India on 26 January 2007 to apply for visa. My visa was granted on 30 January 2007 (before my previous visa expired) valid till 30 January 2012. I came back to UK on 18 February 2007.
Now my question is when m I eligible for ILR.

1. 5 years from WP issue date i.e. October 2011.
2. 5 years from visa issue date i.e. January 2012.
3. 5 years from 1st entry on WP i.e. February 2012.

Any help on this is much appreciated.
