ILR - Gap on Tier 1 due to change in employment

Dear all,

I know it's a question much in advance, but wanted to clarify something.

I was on a Workpermit valid from March 2007 till March 2009. I came to the UK in April 2007 and then switched my Visa category to Tier 1 General in April 2008 but still worked with the same company. Ofcourse, I updated them with my Visa and all those formalities.
However, I applied for jobs in the UK and got my current job and was advised to join in August 2008. I resigned from my previous company on 28th July 2008 in India (went back to India on 26th July as I was told to resign in India) and came back to the UK on August 8th to report in the new company. Please note that I switched job on a Tier 1 Visa.

My question is whether those days between 26th July 2008 to 8th August 2008 spent in India (though I was on Tier 1) will cause any problem when I apply for ILR in April 2012 ?!!!

July to August or July to November? Which one is correct?
