Hello All,
I am preparing to apply for Tier1 in December. I am currently on a Post Study visa. I was confused about one aspect in the gross salary parameter. I understand I am supposed to show previous earnings for the last 12 months from the date of application. I work for the public sector in the UK and got permanent in January 2010. I was working as a temp prior to that with the same company. My query is for the month of December as I was paid weekly then and it was my final payment with the temp agency. During that month, I made £3860 (Gross) as it included some holiday hours which I did not use in my tenure with the agency. I was taxed and got the rest of it.
If I add this £3860 to my current earnings i.e. from Jan 2010 since I got permanent I end up with a gross of over £35000 for the last 12 months.
My query is; is that last salary with my temp agency taken into consideration with the holiday pay or without the holiday pay.
Hope I phrased this correctly! Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you much!

If this holiday pay is visible on the salary slip "gross" and "net" amounts and same on the bank statement, you should be fine.
