Don't Know Where to Start

Hello, I have no idea what to do. I'm going to the UK to visit this year in december, and next year I plan to apply for a 1 year work visa in the UK and Spain. But I honestly have no clue where to start, how to qualify, etc. I've probably read every article on the internet.

But I have NO IDEA what to do or where to start. I just want to talk to a real person and get the info I need! I would really appreciate any and all help...
