HOW CAN I MARRY OTHER NATION

hello friends,i want to know how to do process for my fiancee,but i am indian and she is other nation from pakistan,i am on student visa in uk,how can i bring her here.if do process student visa for her and when she comes to uk,can i be dependent on her.

When she come to uk on student visa,will i allowed to marry her here in uk and apply dependent on her.


my visa is till sep 2011.
my course is gng to finsh in feb 2011

if i bring her on student visa before my visa expire,can i apply for dependent on her staying in uk.

OR

should i go and marry her than apply for her dependent.but now PSW is almost to eliminate.so it wont be worthy if i apply psw.i want to apply Bsc 3years course for her so that,cant i be dependent on her and i can work full time.

please guide me in good procedure.

If you want to be a PBS Tier 4 dependant, then you will have to apply for entry clearance as such.
